We want you to love your ride, but if your tokyobike isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return window for all bikes and accessories in their original, unused condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and bicycles must be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare Your Shipment

  Carefully pack your item in its original box; for bicycles, ensure all protective padding is in place to prevent damage during return shipping.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the item and confirms it is in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus a restocking fee.
